Boggy Creek Farm

Boggy Creek Farm, co-founded in 1992 by Carol Ann Sayle and her late husband Larry Butler, is still going strong after 31 years. Carol Ann, while still working in the field and making beautiful bouquets for market, has welcomed daughter Tracy and grandson Jack, along with an amazing BCF Team, to take on more and more responsibilities. The Team is driven by serving as stewards to the land and its community for whom they grow hyper-fresh, non-certified organic veggies using regenerative, no-till practices year-round.

The 1841 farmhouse, rich in Texas history, serves as the farm’s centerpiece. The market and grounds are open Wednesdays through Saturdays 8am – 1pm. Visitors enjoy taking a step back in time as they stroll the grounds, visit the hens, and shop in the market for veggies and a selection of locally sourced meats, dairy, pantry items & more. The BCF Team loves to engage with customers and hopes to send them home with some inspiration and a dose of health & history.
