Field Guide Festival 2025 will return to Fiesta Gardens. The park sits alongside Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail. Please use this address for rideshare or directions to the entrance: 2101 Jesse E. Segovia St, Austin, TX 78702

Field Guide Festival 2025 is all ages! Free tickets are available for Kids Ages 12 & Under. All guests, including kids, must have a ticket to enter the Festival.

VIP Adult (21+), Adult (21 +), Young Foodie (13-20), and Kids (12 & Under). All guests must have a ticket to enter the Festival. All tickets can be purchased via fieldguidefest.com in January 2025!

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Ticket sales are final.

The festival will take place from 12 - 5 PM. Chef and Farmers will be serving their dishes from 12 - 4 PM so make sure it arrive early!

At 4 PM the Field Guide kitchen will close and all chefs will stop serving bites to join festival-goers for our first Pizza Happy Hour with four pizza guest chefs, complete with beverages and live music.

Field Guide Festival would not be possible without our amazing team and community volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering for next year, the Volunteer Application Form will be available in March 2025.

Yes! Each chef will be featuring a unique bite made just for the Festival. Each tent will have a menu card describing the dish and we encourage all attendees to talk to the chef and farmer if you have any questions on the ingredients and sourcing!

The Festival is rain or shine. The event will not be rescheduled, and we will not issue refunds. Umbrellas are allowed at the Festival.

A full schedule for the Festival and Symposium times will be released the week of Field Guide!

As much as we love dogs! We ask for you to please leave all non-service animals at home.

The following items are ALLOWED*:

Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.

Blankets, Sheets, Towels
Cameras without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)

The following items are PROHIBITED:

Coolers of any kind (except for medicine needs)
Pets (except service animals)

Professional cameras and professional recording equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, or other commercial equipment.
Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
Drones or any other remote flying device
Hammocks
Totems
Flags
Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
Outside beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
Selfie sticks
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or any personal motorized vehicles
Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.
Weapons or explosives of any kind
Fireworks

Bike racks will be provided and located near the main entrance of the festival located on Jesse E Segovia Street. Remember to bring your own lock!
