Field Guide Festival is an outdoor event taking place October 29th and 30th, 2021. Friday's Rain Lily Dinner will take place at Rain Lily Farm, situated just five minutes east of downtown Austin. All Saturday events will take place at Fiesta Gardens, just East of Downtown Austin along Lady Bird Lake.

Friday, October 29, Rain Lily Dinner will take place 6 - 9 PM.

Saturday, October 30, Fiesta Gardens times:

Sunrise Run, Virtual 5K. Suggested route and local run group times to be sent out the week of the festival

Field Guide Farmer's Market, 10 - 1 PM

Revival Brunch, 10 AM - 12 PM

General Admission, 12 - 6 PM

VIP, 10 AM - 6 PM

Field Guide Farmers Market will be ALL AGES. All other events will be 21+ only. A valid ID is needed to enter. If we cannot verify your age, you will not be allowed into the Festival.

Parking is extremely limited at Rain Lily Farm and Fiesta Gardens. Ridesharing, biking and public transit are strongly recommended. Bike parking will be available at Fiesta Gardens. If parking near Fiesta Gardens, please be respectful of our neighbors.

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Ticket sales are final.

The health & wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority. All Field Guide events will be following and practicing CDC & Austin COVID-19 mandates to ensure the safety of our staff & guests.

Guest will be required to show a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 test result to attend Field Guide. The negative COVID-19 printed test result must be obtained within 72 hours before Saturday, October 30. Attendees who are fully vaccinated may show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination instead of proof of negative test. Attendees showing proof of vaccine do not need to be tested to enter Field Guide. A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the second shot of Pfizer/Moderna or single shot of J&J. Please note that vaccination is not required to attend Field Guide.

Masks are highly recommended for all guests, staff and volunteers.

Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations will be provided around the festival at restrooms, food and drinks stations, and other well‐marked and lit locations to encourage frequent use.

All public space and facilities will be sanitized regularly, and employees are required to frequently wash their hands. We ask that any guests or staff who feel unwell or have recently been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 to stay home.

Field Guide attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

The following items are ALLOWED:

• Small purses, totes, and fanny packs
• Blankets, Sheets, Towels
• Chairs
• Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories
• Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles
• Personal sized hand sanitizer
• Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
• Hammocks

The following items are PROHIBITED:

• Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
• Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
• Framed backpacks, multiple pocket back packs and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above.
• Any and all professional audio recording equipment
• Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, or other commercial equipment.
• Drones or any other remote flying device
• Glass containers of any kind
• Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
• Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or any personal motorized vehicles
• Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
• Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed.
• No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, etc.
• Weapons or explosives of any kind

The box office will be located at Fiesta Gardens by the Field Guide Entrance. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
