Tony Curet
Tony Curet fell in love with cooking at an early age. I knew my entire life being a chef was the only thing I wanted to do. I made it a goal to attend my dream college of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After completing the culinary AOS program. I began working in NYC for Hillstone Restaurant Group, learning how to manage at a high volume restaurant. I was moved through out the US working at multiple of the restaurants.
While in NYC and Arizona, that is when I truly fell in love with pizza and Italian cuisine. I relocated it to Texas in 2016 working for North Italia. While working I was given the opportunity to refine my pizza skills. Moving to Austin in 2017 I knew there wasn’t enough pizza in Austin. Let’s jump to 2020, Covid hit our industry extremely. During this time, I was inspired to create my own pizza food truck that would bring unique pizza to Austin. In 2020, we launched our own pizza business and have been growing ever since.
