Rosa De Lima & Daniela Hernandez

We are two Mexican sisters who grew up helping our parents in the kitchen and making barbacoa. Later we went to culinary school in Mexico, but moved to Austin, Texas and opened our food truck, La Santa Barbacha, in 2021. It is a family business honoring our traditions of making and sharing barbacoa. We love to cook, create and enjoy food with our loved ones and the Austin community.
