River Field Farm
After 13 years of working in kitchens, I decided I needed a change and got a job as a farm hand in August 2020. I am now six months in to managing River Field Farm, growing produce exclusively for Barley Swine, Odd Duck, and Sour Duck Market.
River Field Farm was started by Chef Bryce Gilmore in the summer of 2022 with the goal of providing his restaurants with fresh, local ingredients and shortening the gap in the farm-to-table experience.
