Marco Silvestrini

Marco Silvestrini grew up in a small town in central Italy and, along with his sister Francesca and brother-in-law Leo, is a co-owner of Dolce Neve.

In 2014, Marco, Francesca, and Leo founded Dolce Neve with the goal of bringing authentic artisanal gelato to Austin while showcasing locally sourced ingredients from Texas farms. Since then, Dolce Neve has grown to three locations across Texas.
