Born and raised in Bend, Oregon. Kevin moved to Austin in 2012 to work at Olivia’s then moved to Barley Swine. At Barley he worked the line back at the South Lamar original location and eventually moved into butchery as they opened thr current location on Burnet Road. Kevin took over as Chef de Cuisine in 2019.
