Small's Pizza
Kelsey Small is a pizza obsessive. Growing up outside New Haven, he spent most of his childhood with a slice in hand and a meatball sub on the side. He moved to Austin in 2013 to work at Franklin BBQ, before moving onto the oven at
Bufalina. He earned his stripes working in the best kitchens in Austin, returning to take over the Executive Chef position at Bufalina Due in 2019.
He launched Small’s Pizza as a pop in 2021 and has been serving pies all over Austin since. Small’s Pizza can be found inside Mercado Sin Nombre on Monday and Tuesday every week.
