Joseph Gomez is a 2024 James Beard Nominee Best Chef Texas and advocate for migrant workers’ rights. He was born and raised in the RGV now living in Austin, TX where he is the Taquero and Owner of Con Todo Taqueria.
Here he pays homage to the tierra of where he is from through maíz, mesquite, tacos, storytelling and comida casera from the fronteras, sin fronteras.
