Dylan Salisbury

Teddy’s

Dylan is the Operating Partner for Bill’s Oyster and Teddy’s. He the first part of his career cooking in Dallas and New Orleans, most notably working with Chef Eric Cook at Gris-Gris.

Dylan eventually moved to Austin, and after a few years managing multiple properties for the Tatsu-Ya group, he opened Bill’s Oyster with his partner Dan Berg.
