Currently I am the CDC for Bar Toti Neighborhood Bar and Bistro.

I made the move to this restaurant because I saw something very special with the space. A quaint and beautiful hideaway with a spectacular garden attached to it. I knew it was something special.

Coming from Colorado Springs,CO I moved to Austin back in 2014 to pursue my career with some of Austin’s top restaurants and chefs. Since moving here I’ve had the pleasure of working with chefs such as Shawn Cirkiel of Parkside, Nathan Lemley of Foreign and Domestic, Jesse Griffith & Janie Ramirez of Dai Due, and Fermin Nunez of Suerte and este.

Working with some of these chefs has also given me the great opportunity to meet and work with many wonderful farmers, ranchers, fisherman, cheese makers, and salumi purveyors. Which is why being apart of this event is truly exciting for me.
