David Barrow

Creating stories through hyper-seasonal growing, and supporting a healthy ecosystem on Eden East Farm. The farm was created out of an empty lot with the goal of saving green space, and supporting a healthy ecosystem.

David believes in being a good steward of the land, providing nutritious food to the restaurant and the public, educating the public about how to grow food, and working towards building community in Bastrop and beyond.
