Clark Costello


Born and raised in Texas, chef clark graduated from the Culinary Institute of American in June 2020 and found appreciation for authentic Mexican cuisine and sustainable ingredients.

Clark joined the Suerte team as a culinary school intern and officially started his professional career as a line cook shortly after graduating. Now as a sous chef of Este, he has continued to explore the unique flavors and techniques associated with coastal Mexican cuisine.
