Raised in the Bay Area, Chelsea moved to Austin in 2012. She spent many years working at Dai Due, where a respect for Texas ingredients and farms as well as whole animal butchery was formed. Today, Chelsea operates Pecan Square Café which highlights seasonal, rustic cooking, as well as neighboring bars Howard’s and Rosie’s.
