Field Guide Festival | Sunday, April 27

The VIP ticket includes Symposium access on Saturday, April 26 and Festival access on Sunday, April 27 for Adults 21 & over* from 12 – 5 PM. 

Sunday Festival access includes all the amenities of GA along with:

  • 1-hour early entry to Festival
  • Dedicated VIP line into the Festival
  • Unlimited access to indoor VIP Lounge
  • Private indoor restrooms
  • VIP-only Culinary Experience with Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Nicosi
  • VIP-only Culinary Experience with Chef Dylan Salisbury of Teddy’s and Farmers Cameron Molberg of Greener Pastures Chicken
  • Private bar
  • Access to all General Admissions areas

The Field Guide Symposium has grown over the last three years and in 2025 will branch off into a separate ticketed event at Fiesta Gardens!

Saturday Symposium access includes:

  • The Field Guide Symposium, held on Saturday afternoon at Fiesta Gardens (new for 2025!).
  • Symposium panels featuring farmers, agricultural experts, food industry leaders, and sustainability advocates.
  • Opportunities to enjoy wine and spirits from local makers, in addition to panel conversations.
  • The speaker lineup to be announced in March 2025.

Ticket price includes all food & beverages.

VIP ticket is required for all ages, with the exception of children 2 & under.

The GA ticket includes Festival access on Sunday, April 27 for Adults 21 & over from 1 – 5 PM.

Saturday Symposium access includes:

  • The Field Guide Symposium will take place on Saturday afternoon at Fiesta Gardens (new for 2025!)
  • The five Symposium conversations will highlight farmers, chefs, agricultural experts, food industry leaders, and sustainability advocates.
  • In addition to panel conversations, light bites from Local Foods and beverages are included!
  • Speakers include: Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye Hospitality, Stacy and Robert Nantz of Nantz Land and Cattle, Drew Steans of Pristine Produce, Aubrey Noelke and Sam Moffett of Local Pastures, Larry Franklin of Black Lives Veggies, Lisa Barden of Keep Austin Fed, Edwin Marty from the City of Austin, Melody McClary of Fourteen Acres Farm at Tito’s Handmade Vodka

Land to Larder Dinner | Friday, April 25

The Land To Larder Ticket includes access to a seated dinner at Boggy Creek Farm on Friday, April 25 from 6 – 9 PM. 

Land To Larder Dinner includes:

  • Four-course dinner
  • Each course is thoughtfully crafted by a local chef in collaboration with a local farmer using seasonal ingredients.
  • Spirit, wine and/or zero-proof pairings for each course
  • A night at Boggy Creek Farm under the Texas sky
  • Live-fire outdoor cooking
  • Storytelling by the chefs and farmers who made the dinner possible!

Ticket price includes all food & beverages.

Ticket does not include Festival access on Sunday.
