Benefitting Central Texas Food Bank

Know Before You Go | Festival Map

April 23, 2025

We are ready to welcome you to Field Guide Festival 2025! Across all three of our events, we are excited to bring you 65 chefs and farmers from Central Texas who have been working hard to create thoughtful dishes with seasonal ingredients for you to enjoy this weekend.

On Sunday, April 27, we’re opening doors for General Admission ticket holders at 1pm (12pm for VIP). VIP is recommended to arrive 11:45am – 12pm and GA is recommended to arrive 12:45pm – 1pm. With your FGF bracelet, you may enter/exit as needed throughout the day.

We’ve got live fire cooking, a taco omakase experience, Sustainable Food Center‘s pop-up market, First Light Books pop-up bookstore, Cassiopeia Farm flower stand, Nava Farms baby goats, live music, and SO much more!

Field Guide benefits Central Texas Food Bank and is committed to fighting food insecurity as well as reducing unnecessary food waste at the Festival! We have increased the variety and quantity of dishes provided at this year’s Festival, but our intention is not for every attendee to taste every single bite. We hope that guests will choose their top chefs & farmers’ tents to visit, read their menus and learn where their dishes are coming from, what local ingredients they’re incorporating, and savor the unique slow-consumption experience Field Guide provides.

In addition to the food experience at Field Guide, at both the Land to Larder Dinner on Friday and during the Festival on Sunday, our friends at Pangea Selections have been planning away to expertly pair each dish with a special selection of natural wines while the good team at Tito’s Handmade Vodka created specialty Field Guide cocktails for everyone.

To help you navigate your experience at the Fiesta Gardens venue, we’ve created the festival map and agenda below.
