Hosted by Trisha Bates, this conversation will explore the influences behind their passion, with a curated reading list available for purchase throughout April.

The Field Guide Symposium brings together top Central Texas chefs, farmers, sustainability experts, and food industry leaders for an in-depth discussion on the future of local food systems, moderated by Trisha Bates. Attendees will hear from renowned panelists, including Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye, regenerative ranchers Stacy and Robert Nantz, urban farmer Drew Steans, and other leaders in food justice, policy, and sustainable agriculture, while enjoying cocktails from Tito’s, bites from Local Pastures, and coffee from Proud Mary Coffee.

Field Guide Festival 2025 welcomes **Pangea Selections** as its official Wine Partner, bringing expertly curated organic, biodynamic, and natural wines from Texas and beyond to enhance the festival experience with thoughtful pairings, exclusive selections, and a mission to celebrate diverse winemakers.
