The Field Guide Symposium brings together top Central Texas chefs, farmers, sustainability experts, and food industry leaders for an in-depth discussion on the future of local food systems, moderated by Trisha Bates. Attendees will hear from renowned panelists, including Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye, regenerative ranchers Stacy and Robert Nantz, urban farmer Drew Steans, and other leaders in food justice, policy, and sustainable agriculture, while enjoying cocktails from Tito’s, bites from Local Pastures, and coffee from Proud Mary Coffee.
