Rodolfo Rivera III

My name is Rodolfo Rivera III, everyone calls me Rudy.

I was born in Mcallen TX, I grew up in Seguin Tx. I moved to Austin right after high school to work for my uncle’s restaurant called Taco Shack. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu, worked at Wink restaurant and Wine Bar for six years before moving to Washington DC and working at a 3 Michelin star restaurant, starting out as dishwasher and working my way up to butcher, The Inn at Little Washington.
