I am first generation Nigerian-American. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. My first job was catering with my mom who is still to this day the hardest boss I’ve ever worked for.
My career has been a combination of great mentors and life changing meals. I love food for what it can do for people and what it has done for me. To me, there is no better way to build a community or celebrate culture other than food.
