Clinton Elmore
Originally from Gulfport, MS, Clint went on to graduate from Ole Miss with a degree in accounting and law and later moved to NYC where he practiced real estate and commercial litigation for 5 years. Feeling unfulfilled in the legal world, Clint traveled to Naples, Italy to learn Neapolitan pizza under the tutelage of Enzo Coccia. After returning from Italy, Clint was a part of the opening team at Paulie Gee’s in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Clint moved to Austin in 2012 and opened 40 North, first as a food trailer on South 1st Street and then as a brick-and-mortar on West 10th Street. Clint joined the Bufalina team in last year and was a part of the opening team of their new Cesar Chavez location and later moved on to their sister concept Palm Pizza as the chef and general manager.
