Little Trouble

Kelly Dugan is an entrepreneur, chef and creative problem solver. Her first kitchen job was working at a stoner cookie spot in Boulder, CO so she could take party buses to Red Rocks to see jam bands named after dairy products. After graduating with a degree in creative advertising, she moved back to her hometown of Austin, TX where she started throwing pie parties (it’s a party where you bring any kind of pie, duh) and decided to start pursuing a career in feeding people. For a decade, she leveled up working at various Austin institutes – making naan at the Whip In, sourdough at Walton’s, and vegan tres leches at Wheatsville Food Co-op – before she landed the pastry chef position at Justine’s Brasserie, where she remained for 3 gorgeous years. This period also coincided with her starting and publishing Peach Fuzz, a print-only nudie magazine, and gaining commercial success with her analog photography. She moved to Lockhart in 2020 and reunited with Chef Casey Wilcox to create some magic at The Eldorado and Little Trouble. She likes to be busy and she really, really likes to feed people.
