Graham Fuller

Emmer and Rye

Chef Graham Fuller is the current CDC of Emmer and Rye in Austin, Texas. Born in Philadelphia, he cut his teeth in kitchens throughout the Northeast. After spending a few years cooking in Philadelphia and New Jersey he took some time to explore food elsewhere in the country. After experiencing the hospitality of Emmer and Rye he made the decision to relocate to Austin in 2019. Since then he has been focused on creating food while deepening his relationship with local producers, agriculture and the hospitality community
