Christina Currier was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Tx and attended culinary school in Austin at Le Cordon Bleu in 2011.
Over the last 15 years, she has held both savory, and pastry positions at several Austin institutions including Hotel Van Zandt’s Geraldine’s, Holy Roller, and Jeffrey’s (MML Hospitality).
In 2019, Christina joined the opening team at Comedor, working under Philip Speer and Alan Delgado.
Over the last 5 years, she has focused on sustainability, cultivating close relationships with local farmers, and pushing the boundaries of Mexican cuisine. She recently placed 2nd on Food Network’s Chopped competition and was featured in StarChef’s Rising Top Chefs of Austin and San Antonio for 2023.
